Hemda Mizrahi is a select consultant to industry-leading employers with distinguished achievements in Talent Management, Innovation, and Corporate Responsibility. She has supported the career mobility and advancement of professionals in diverse functions, levels, and industries including Retail, Financial Services, Advertising, Entertainment, Publishing, and Law.
Hemda has been a long-term advisor for high-profile leadership development programs targeted to top-performing employees at JPMorgan Chase. She plays an instrumental role in influencing significant improvements to global collaboration and inclusiveness, change management, and quality of work life through coaching on areas such as: image and performance; creating job proposals and value propositions; self-assessment; personal branding; strategic networking; time and stress management; delegation and training; mentoring; managing organizational transitions; and conducting feedback discussions.
Hemda’s coaching results have been driven by her hands-on experience in organizational and advisory board leadership roles, in addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits and multidisciplinary formal training. She is an alumna of Teachers College, Columbia University, where she earned dual Masters degrees in Organizational and Counseling Psychology. Hemda was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. She is trained in Image Consulting and Mediation, and holds national certifications in Wellness Coaching and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Hemda enjoys integrating tools from all of these related fields.
She performed a six year term as an Alumni Council Member and Chair of the Metro NY Alumni Club Community Relations Committee at Teachers College. Hemda mentors coaching professionals, and has served on the board of the Association for Career Professionals International.

Born to a lineage of entrepreneurs who initiated businesses in multiple countries in seemingly unlikely circumstances, Hemda’s key strengths include recognizing and engaging capability both in herself and others. She is a global traveler who speaks Hebrew and has enriched her life in New York City with the beauty of nature and creative arts in the nearby Berkshires region of Western Massachusetts.
